What wax do you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut-soy wax blend, chosen for its beautiful, clean burn and luxurious finish.
How long do Auramor candles burn for?
Burn time varies depending on the candle and how it is cared for. For the best performance, always follow our candle care instructions and avoid burning your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. On your first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface where possible. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer $5 local delivery to customers in 4680 and 4695 on orders of $20 or more. Local deliveries are made every Thursday. Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM Wednesday for delivery that Thursday.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! Auramor offers Australia-wide shipping. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive your shipping information via email.
Can I send an Auramor candle as a gift?
Absolutely. Our candles make beautiful gifts for birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations or simply to remind someone to slow down and take a moment for themselves.
